So that we can best accommodate all our clients and patients, appointments are seen in the following order:

Does your pet become frightened or anxious while sitting in our waiting area? Would you rather wait outside or in your vehicle? Do you need help getting your pet into the building from your vehicle? Ask to use our concierge service! Just give us a call from your car when you arrive and we will come out to your vehicle and escort/carry your pet inside when we are ready for you!
Whether a planned visit or an unexpected illness or injury, we never want financial constraints to stand in the way of your seeking quality, compassionate treatment for your pets. Payment in full is expected at time of service (unless prior arrangements have been made), but we offer several payment options. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Care Credit, and most major credit cards and pet insurance plans. We also offer Wellness Plans that allow you to combine routine healthcare on time for your pet with payments over time for you. Have additional questions?
