Glen Appointment Policy

So that we can best accommodate all our clients and patients, appointments are seen in the following order:

• Emergencies
• Scheduled Appointments
• Fit-Ins/Walk-Ins

We appreciate, though, that your time is very valuable, too. If, prior to your appointment, you would like to be alerted to any current delays, via phone or text message, just ask!

Glen Petiquette

For the safety and consideration of everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these simple rules of "petiquette". Please:

• place all electronic devices in "silent" mode for the comfort of sound-sensitive pets
• keep cats and small pets safe and secure in carriers
• keep dogs on fixed-length leashes or flexible leashes in the "locked" position
• respect and observe the feline dedicated waiting area as much as possible
• alert us ASAP if there is a "code yellow" or "code brown" (accidents happen!)
• understand that while we love happy, active children, some pets may be frightened by them

Concierge Service

Does your pet become frightened or anxious while sitting in our waiting area? Would you rather wait outside or in your vehicle? Do you need help getting your pet into the building from your vehicle? Ask to use our concierge service! Just give us a call from your car when you arrive and we will come out to your vehicle and escort/carry your pet inside when we are ready for you!

 Payment Policy

Whether a planned visit or an unexpected illness or injury, we never want financial constraints to stand in the way of your seeking quality, compassionate treatment for your pets. Payment in full is expected at time of service (unless prior arrangements have been made), but we offer several payment options. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Care Credit, and most major credit cards and pet insurance plans. We also offer Wellness Plans that allow you to combine routine healthcare on time for your pet with payments over time for you. Have additional questions?
